I do apologize for those that i did not put their initials in brackets, for i forgot / did not know for sure (imsorryguysss D:)
Miss Lisa had us arrange our monograms and then helped us arrange it into a more neat, professional-looking way. That taught us alot btw. It definitely seemed more professional-looking after Miss Lisa helped me rearrange mine :O Mostly because my things were spread out on the table, not leaned on a wall like most of my classmates (they took all the wall spaces...) The only thing i had to help my things stand was a flimsy water bottle from the vending machine, but Miss Lisa said if you dont have anything, find something. Easier said than done as i had very little able-to-help-my-stencils-stand things. But thanks to my friends Rosey and Nelson i managed to get them all standing for a (though short, but better than nothing) while. Once again, thanks guys :D for lending me ur stuff and some not ur stuff, stuff (lol)

Next up, Miss Lisa's been arranging for a day trip to a batik workshop!!! -whoop- She briefed us, stating that we would be making our own batiks traditionally. 4 people in a group and together each group is to come up with a theme, so everyone would have complimenting batik pieces (those in the same group, anyway). Also, she said to come up with themes out of the ordinary, different from what a usual batik looks like.
Well, das all for nao.
Till next time. Baiiiiiii~

Monogram poster

goodbai please come again :D
nah kidding lol *ran out of greetings, or did i? guess u'll see next post ...or not..?*
mmkay getting back to the topic i haven't started on

After brain-wrecking for a while, i came up with around 3 ideas and immediately decided on the last one. Mostly because the first one i thought of seemed kind of unoriginal- sticking the pieces i usually coloured in, on the board and painting everything else. And the second seemed too ...boring ._. doing the same thing i did for my pencil case, as seen in my last post, but with different colours, repeatedly. Like a wallpaper. yup.boring.goodbye bad idea. My third idea was to stencil tons and tons of smaller monograms over a huge-ass stencil. So here are my progress shots:

too.. much... sun..... D:

makeshift palette ^

yay im finally done ◝( ̄ー ̄)◜

i do apologize for the few pictures, but i didn't want to continuously stencil, stop, take picture and repeat who knows how many times since as u can clearly see, I had a lot of stenciling to do. A LOT. anyway, at the end of it all, i had white splotches all over my hands. i wish i thought of asking someone take picture of that. would've been nice to post that xD
We'll be arranging everyone's work in class on Monday to take picture for submission so -mhehehehehh- pictures pictures PICTUREESSS! will be coming soon, so stay tuned :D

mmm, i think thats it for now.
Till next post. Baiiiiiii~ :O

And without much typing, that's mostly what i did that afternoon for 2D design class. Kinda wishing i took pictures of everyone's work now, but i barely had time to even look at everyone's work anyway :T i work so slow... but those i did manage to sneak a peek at had absolutely beautiful stencils :O i just love admiring the beauty in things (i mean, who doesn't? :D)
Before i say(type?) goodbye, for the next class we will be making our own monogram posters, so look forward to it :3
Till next post. Baiiiiiii~
